Block the card immediately through your banking app or your bank’s emergency number. For a card issued abroad, contact the relevant bank directly.
Contact your mobile operator quickly to suspend the line. If the phone was stolen, locate and lock it if possible, change sensitive passwords and report the theft to the gendarmerie. Keep a record of the device’s IMEI number when available.
